Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination: (These are average times)
USA: 10-15 business days
Europe: 12-18 business days
Australia/NZ: 12-20 business days
Rest of the World: 15-25 business days
Yes! We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking to update after shipment.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
Original packaging included
Hygiene liner is intact
Tags are still attached
Item is unworn and unwashed
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept swimwear that has been worn or has the hygiene liner removed. Please try on over underwear and keep the liner in place.
Email us at tahric@bikinicool.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions within 24-48 hours. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns (wrong size, didn’t like it, etc.). We’ll cover return shipping if we sent you a defective or incorrect item — just include a photo and we’ll sort it out.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Check the size chart on each product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our charts for the best fit.
If you’re between sizes:
Size down for a tighter, more secure fit
Size up for more coverage/comfort
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent
Rinse immediately after swimming (chlorine/salt damages fabric)
Never wring or twist – gently squeeze out water
Lay flat to dry in shade (direct sun fades colors)
Never machine wash or tumble dry
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other local payment methods depending on your region.
